The purpose of the GMO Laymen’s Ministry is to assist the Pastor in fulfilling his three-fold mission of the church as stated in Ephesians 4:11-12: (1) “perfecting the Saints”; (2) “performing the work of the ministry”; and (3) “the edifying of the Body of Christ”.

Every man over 18 who is a member of Greater Mount Olive and is not part of the clergy is a Layman. To become active and involved in this ministry contact Jimmie McDonald or email laymenministry@gmochurch.org
